We were introduced to Dan Ryan and his partner Sam to help us raise $5M for our company. They loved our story told us they could raise us $10M within a 30 days. They had just had a payout from one of their investments and all of their investment partners wanted to deploy their cash ASAP. All we had to do to get the process startred was to send them $20K as a retainer and they would take their fee from the money raised. In 60 days Dan Ryan set up two meetings and one was with a debt fund that was not even a close match to the equity funding we were seeking.
That meeting lasted 10 minutes. After 2 months of non-performance we asked for our money back. That conman Dan was nowhere to be found. Wouldn't take our calls. I believe that he and Sam blocked us and went on to the next mark. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAN RYAN AND HIS SCAM 528 CONSULTING
