Dan Wehner , girlfriend Mildred Wheeler Apt thefts, Circuit Breaker violations St Louis Missouri

There’s ongoing aggressive apt theft: Shackup girlfriend Millie Wheeler doesn’t work but thinks she ENTITLED to steal from the other three apartments. Oh, and she brings her flea infested kitten with her, allows the kitten to continue to spread fleas in $595 monthly one bdrm apartments (this is a NO PET property). The all white male contractors-handyman,grasscutter,painters ALL have keys to everyone’s apt. They are breaking in and stealing ON CAMERA app Q See, QT View: on 6/25, 7/4, 7/10 etc. They are stealing from the fridge, stealing from the cupboard, doing clean sweeps, etc. When 25yr old Owner Dan Wehner is confronted he responds “she doesn’t like to share”.  Wehner and Wheeler are brazenly racist and brazenly entitled. 

 Circuit Breaker boxes are setup to force tenants to pay washer and dryer electricity fee(owners responsibility); forcing tenants to pay the utility garage lighting and electricity fee(owners responsibility); share Breaker boxes, etc. None of this is in the 12mo Lease!

WiFi included in rent : Wehner and Wheeler are stalking tenants electronically. Unemployed Mildred Wheeler feels ENTITLED to judge internet activity that disagrees with her three separate personalities!  This is St Louis MO.
