Dana LaVoie, LAc Menopause Made Easy  I paid for a 16 week course and she removed me after 2 weeks and kept all my money. South Eugene Oregon

After a lengthy conversation with Dana Lavoie about her specific services, I enrolled in her 16 week course. The course included online modules, private coaching calls and access to a facebook group for group coaching. 

I was hesitant to enroll because I would not be able to attend the facebook coaching calls due to my job.  She was fine with that as long as I listened to the recordings but harassed me repeatedly for not being on the calls. For 2 weeks, I did not receive anything so she explained that the course is actually 12 weeks but it takes time to get started so she gives 16 weeks of access. 

After 2 weeks of not getting answers  or results of any kind, I asked for a full refund or a better experience.  She removed me from the course after 2 weeks and kept all my money.  She offered a small refund requiring my silence and I refused.  She is a scam artist and owes me $3900. Dana can't take critiscism so she removes you if you question her services. 

Dana claims that she spent time on my case so she can keep the money.  I did not pay for her time!  I paid for a 16 week personalize course that she agreed to provide.
