Dandy Tree Service took payment for a job and didn't complete the job Goodlettsville Tennessee

This company is highly unprofessional and has absolutely no business ethics or integrity. I paid them $1700 cash to remove 3 downed trees from my yard, which they did. I also paid them $140 in advance (huge mistake) to come back and remove 2 stumps. They immediately cashed my check and did not return when they said they would.

I called them the next day and they assured me they'd be back "tonight around 7pm after it cools down"...they did not return. I called them again the next morning and they backed out of the job and told me they'd refund me my $140.

They told me on 2 different occasions they'd mail me a check but I haven't seen a dime. It's obvious they have no intention of ever refunding me. Basically they are thieves. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will be reporting this to any other local organizations I can find.
