On April 9th, 2019, Daniel Joseph Cohen entered into a binding contract with me, whereas he was to provide grant writing business services to me. The fee was paid in the amount of $250 by wire transfer. Under the terms of this contract Daniel Joseph Cohen was to use these funds to cover the fees of submitting the grant and to "secure the 12 applications we discussed".
On April 12th, Daniel Joseph Cohen stated he needed an additional $375. This money was sent to the same account listed above for "services" in relation to the revision of a business plan. In total $625 was sent to his office and I received nothing from his office that was agreed upon contractually.
I have asked for a complete refund of $625 in the past to which I was responded to with vulgar remarks via telephone.
