If you see this person on your property, especially if he claims to have purchased your property or your neighbors property, TRESPASS HIM IMMEDIATELY!!
Darren Young poses as a "property manager" for Wedgewood Inc (https://www.linkedin.com/in/darren-y-008a16201), he was caught snooping and trespassing on several residential properties in Nevada on multiple occasions.
He initially refused to reveal his true identity when caught and confronted. He claims he buys foreclosed properties of elderly or ill residents and poses as the new owner who just purchased them, then asks for access to steal and further defraud them.
DO NOT FALL FOR IT, ALL IF IT IS A LIE!!
Wedgewood Inc is an entity notoriously used as a backend to receive or process mortgage defaults from intermediate companies which purchased loans out from under the owner on the last month and recreates a new payment system intentionally undisclosed so the last payment the owner makes does not get to the new payment system causing a default.

He often comes with a bodyguard he refers to as an “assistant or contractor”, he has been known to trespass on other people’s property and ask them to gain access to their neighbors property, don’t do it!
He even resorts to slandering them and making up fake assault allegations, lying to police, false flags, and other slanderous and libel remarks to vilify owners, guests, and staff.
This scam artist doesn't actually possess any credentials or legitimate deeds, he and Wedgewood Inc often prey on the elder, war veterans, disabled, etc.
They have even been known to get illegitimate or forged deeds by trying to scam recording offices by showing their final payment and doctored documents from his own intermediate companies that bought the loan. These “deeds” are obtained unlawfully or forged, they are illegitimate.
He has fooled officials, police, and even many investigative agencies with this tactic.
If you see this person or anyone associated with him, his “contractor”, Wedgewood Inc, don't fall for his scams posing as a "new owner", do NOT let him in, TRESPASS IMMEDIATELY, CALL THE POLICE IF HE REFUSES TO LEAVE.
