Received call from man saying he was Dave Sayers, Publisher's Clearinghouse Sweepstakes and Lottory Prize Director. He asked if I had entered their sweepstakes, which I have. He says I won 4.5 Million dollars, a Ford Raptor, and 4000 dollars a week for the rest of my life from Steadfast life promotion (they sponsored me). He had me write all of this information down. He gave me a confirmation # and check #. Said we will meet in person within 48 hours. He will put me in contact with personal tax specialist with the IRS because i will need to pay taxes on money and automobile. That's when he said i will need to get an American express card or Money Pak card to put 500 dollars and have available at the time we meet in the next 48 hours. He asked me to call back when I get the card. He spoke in an unusual accent. He said he was in New York, but from Alabama. My caller ID says International Caller, Jamaica. The number was a US number. He seemed very believable about the winnings, asking if I want this to be confidential or announce on TV, he was very flattering and said they will be delivering automobile and money with balloons and take picture, etc. It wasn't until he asked for the money to be put on prepaid card that I realized this was a scam.
