Purchased 10 containters in 2016. For over 12months have notified Davenport of terminating contract when containers lease expires, & to sell my containers due to poor profits.
Was told in 2018 that my contracts ended in April 2019 in phone conversations,have asked on a number of occasions to have the off hire dates documented in an email, which they still refuse to sent.
When I contacted Davenport in April, they told me the contracts now expired in October 2020. They are refusing to co-operate & assist in selling my containers. I have recorded the phone conversations I have had with a number of employees all stating that my contract will expired in April 2019.
Please let me know if you would like me to forward any emails or recordings also do you have any other persons who have also had any issues with Davenport that you can forward to myself.
