David E. Kirksey is a violent criminal with a very long criminal history in Los Angeles County as well as other counties.

David E. Kirksey is approximately 44 years old, about 6 feet tall, black, and extremely dishonest, manipulative, violent, he is a thief, scammer, fraudster, and especially preys on very young children and very old adults (Elderly, vulnerable individuals). He uses Socal Conserve LLC, a supposed "landscaping" business, as a front for illegal activities such as, but not limited to, the following: 1. Scamming elderly homeowners and property owners by using doorhanger advertisements to attract them to his business and then scheduling free estimates to "evlauate" their yard water lines, sprinklers, other equipment, and then lying that their equipmentis "leaking" water and that they can ger new automatic sprinkler and irrigation timers for "free" (Only after they pay him three times what he pays for these used devices), which really are not "free" at all. He lies to them about rebates. However, they never receive rebates. And then if they complain, he simply manipulates them into spending even more money for other unnccessary items, products, and more. 2. He manipulates home and property owners by initially being "nice and helpful" long enough to have these unsuspecting people invite him into their homes. Then he steals their personal identity information, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, other financial info, social security numbers, and all else in order to cimmit huge financial crimes against them. He even goes so far as to offer them soft drinks (That he brings to them while behaving "sweet and helpfu") and then drugging them and robbing their homes and properties of all valuables and anything else that he can pawn and sell in other counties. 3. He gets these unsuspecting people to introduce him to their very little, very young grandchildren (Mostly little boys) so that he can become a "family friend" and soon after molest and prey upon these helpless little children.

David E. Kirksey aka Socal Conserve LLC aka Socal Conserve is a highly manipulative, dangerous , experienced criminal. He is not too intelligent. However, as with any malignant narcissist and psychopath, he is extremely practiced in manipulation, preying on vulnerable individuals, and using and abusing people and then committing egrigeous acts upon them. 

As with any long-time, experienced criminal, Davis E. Kirksey aka Socal Conserve LLC , knows exactly how to become friendly enough, sometimes keeping his distance and other times catering to the lonliness of old men and old women in order to gain full access to their extended family, sensitive financial and other information, and worst of all, their small grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other helpless individuals to get everything he wants in the most criminal of ways.

He also has a current residential apartment at: 15220 Sherman Way Apartment 112 in Van Nuys, CA. Also, he has another residence listed at: 4036 Sorrell Ave, in Palmdale, CA. where he lives and sponges off of his younger brother and mother. 

As with most lifetime criminals, David E. Kirksey does have many different addresses because he moves around a lot and attempts to evade detection of his daily crimes, schems, scams, fraudulent activities, child trafficking ring operations, and so much more illegal activities.

He is currently on parole and/or probation. Do be aware that he also manipulates his parole officer, probation agent, and other law enforcement which he is under authority of. This is because David E. Kirksey is also a very major Snitch.
