He is a total fraud, don't give him you're information he seems nice at first but really is a massive scammer at heart. I lost my credit and only chance of getting a mortgage. He took upfront fees and charged me for an "appraisal" that never happened. He was very responsive at first, I was actually impresssed, but once we got further along and I began to question him, he blocked my number and never responded to any emails. I can't believe a human being can do this, he's a filthy and dirty con. The worst-of-the-worst. If you don't belive me please Google his name - David Sadek - I sure wish I did.

This is a hoax posted anonymously with the sole intent of harming my stellar reputation. The poster intentionally posted this knowing that it is entirely false as I have not done business with him/her. It is a reckless disregard of the truth, totally fabricated. Pursuant to NJ law, the poster is hereby on notice that I demand the poster immediately delete this.
1- The person signed it as "Amy". I don't have any clients by that name
2- I do not have any clients who have ANY issues with me
3- I've been in the mortgage business for 34+ years
4- I do not own the mortgage company. I do not collect any fees
5- The company does not collect an appraisal fee and then not order an appraisal, ever!
6- I have not blocked any client's telephone calls
7- I do not ignore any client's emails
