David’s Game Lounge Cut off communication to me about a ps4 i sent in for repairs, did not repair item, refusing to return Item Perris CA

This is about a super sketch business that is possibly not even registered as a business in the state of CA nor the BBB and has cut communications with customers including myself, Im reporting a video game/electronics repair business located in a house at (((REDACTED))) Peppermint Dr Perris, California that regularly sells used items and repair service through offer up and the internet.

I had the misfortune of trusting this shady busniness to repair my ps4 after they agreed to repair the console while chatting with them through offerup and quoted me and told me to send it over to them and pay for the shipping. But during 2 weeks of waiting the owner just keeps playing his games by making random obscure calls on the repair status of my console and while ignoring my occasional calls or messages asking about my item.

The last call from this fraud was from a different number 951-772-4937, a cell phone, and he explained to me the console is unrepairable and they wont charge me anything and just needed some more details before he can move to the next steps in sending my item back and wanted 14 dollars to send the item back that wasnt even repaired! From then on they cut off all comunncation and block my calls and wont even answer calls from different numbers I use!
