Daybreak Oil and Gas Inc. is working with a former employee of mine David Kessler on behalf of Energy Advisors Group is soliciting business from companies involved in the oil business and I need to warn you about this.  Your company has retained Energy Advisors Group in the past and you need to be aware on how your assets were marketed.  

I have known Ronny Wise the owner of PLS, Inc. now Energy Advisors Group for almost 35 years and for all those years he has tried to acquire my company but we never could arrive at a deal.  What he has always been after is the database I have built of all the international E & P and companies that finance them in the world. Our staff here works on it every day for over 35 years updating it and nothing like it exists in the industry.  When Mr. Kessler left my company after all his criminal activity and stealing this database I find it in the hands of PLS and Energy Advisors Group because my personal friends were also in this database and now they were being contacted by this company.

One of Ronny's former employees called me and told me that they quit the company because they would not steal data from other companies and now is being prosecuted by Ronny for being a "whistle blower".  I thought since I had known Ronny for almost 35 years he would work with me to see that Mr. Kessler goes to jail where he belongs but rather he simply told me "let me know who your personal friends are and I will remove them from my database" and in that statement he was admitting the theft.

Mr. Kessler embezzled a great deal of money from my company and is using various databases that he has stolen from my company to work for companies like yours.  I am sure you are unaware of Mr. Kessler's past activities, but he does not have the legal right to work for you using our databases. I am sorry to "air all this dirty laundry" to you but it is important for us who do business honestly and fairly to not support those who choose to be dishonest.

I am afraid to say that much of the information being used to market these assets was stolen from my company and there could be legal ramifications involved with this.

I advise you to stay clear of Mr. Kessler and his activities related to these companies Daybreak Oil and Gas Inc., PLS and Energy Advisors Group.
