Daytona Advance - Front end money scheme- promised funding to a business and took $2,500 from one business and $2,500 from another 3rd party unrelated business Albany NY

Contacted by phone (solicited) by an Adam Fox of Daytona Advance, LLC you claimed he could provide MCA financing to my business.  He required me to submit an appliction to a company called StoneStreet Capital Group in Plantation, Florida.  Once I was declined by Stonecreek,  he said he would fund me out of his own pocket (company).  He asked for a good faith deposit up front of $2,500 that he requested be sent to his wife's company,  Ida of Wellington ( an equestrian company) in Florida.  I stupidly sent the money believing this indivdiual would fund me for $30,000 the same day.  His wire never showed up  and the account I sent the money to was not his wife's account but was owned by an elderly woman he also had scammed.  He had her send the money she received from me to his business account claiming he would also fund her.  I discovered all of these facts after speaking with the real owner of Ida of Wellington and also speaking with the individual whose account I was instructed to send the money.  Now, she is out $5,000 as her bank has frozen her account and I am out $2,500.  

This indivdiual is a scammer and liar -  do not do any business with him!!
