We spoke to Josh Heitschmidt  about working on our Car Said he could do the job would take some time So we agreed to start this job Said he needed parts money thought oh yes it's happening foxbody is going to be twin turbo  So back to parts money didn't look close enough the parts where 5274.00 Some Reason we gave him 7274.00 and got nothing for the money Keep asking where the parts where he never could prove he ordered anything went on for months playing his game.

Told him unless you can prove you ordered the parts  it didn't happen we'll go figure he called the Police told them I threatened him  But they didn't file a report because it didn't happen. He was caught and only way to get out was Now to make me the Bad guy go figure .So then I said can't deal with this anymore So the wife and son went out again too see these parts well they got to deal with the police again  because again josh was caught No parts 7274.00 and Nothing So by December he sent me another bill for 13.96.00 needs to be payed even thou They got us for the extra 2000 you over charged us.

Now you want more didn't reply So then Josh sends another bill for almost 800.00 Spoke to Attorney he said pay the 800.00 get your car back and any parts So we did December 24 2019 We went got car back and the parts we got for our 7274.00 Well got a used Blower Cam  funny going twin turbo  Spoke to guy that had it cut and he said it wouldn't work go figure. Got maybe $2000 worth of used crap for 7274.00 Wow plus almost 800.00 too get car back So josh just keep talking crap to me So once we got Car back We filed in small claims got him served December 24 2019 Merry Christmas.

what did you expect for me to let you rip us off and do nothing Well first time at court could tell josh was happy lol he thought he did no wrong lol Well next time at Court he didn't show up another game by JOSH HEITSCHMIDT Well Judge found on our behalf $5048.50 plus 9% Intrest on it lol Don't try to rip people off And think your going to get away with it  But Looks like J&D Performance is not doing so good.

  Not the first time he has ripped off and seems its a thing  with him So if anyone tries him watch him because there's a reason his ex wife is doing him wrong oh yeah that's because josh likes to pick on women the time we got car all him and his buddies did was pick on my wife and go figure I wasn't able to go into shop what a loser Now we all know why his ex wife hates him probably did the same to her because he's Trash and My wife went to talk to him and guess what he called the cops Go figure because he knew the gig was up no parts for almost 8000 won  5000 in court plus court cost  plus 9% interest So guess were getting another attorney to get this money or Josh is going to jail
