This company will flat out lie to you as the buyer, the home owner and any involved so they can hold up the sale of their properties. They do not present any offers to the home owners. They offer contracts without any down payment, earnest money or good-faith deposit to the home owner.

They tell the buyer that you have a deal, then say no...sorry no deal. Because no money exchanges hands, they fly under the radar. But after being screwed out of 2 properties from this company, I feel like it's time to make others aware from the buyer to the homeowners.
