Dearosy Refuse to Return and Refund Merchandise Inconsistent with their Website

Ordered sweater and one pair of jeans from Dearosy, took over 3 weeks to deliver inconsistent with their website 3-5 business days, they offered quality merchandise which it does not, their clothing is cheap and their sizing charts are incorrect, and when in need of returning these items because they are too big, their website says to email customer service to get an address to return the merchandise. 

Every response to my email return request has been met with a runaround and no address to return my merchandise was given, instead being told to buy more merchandise at a discount, they will in fact not allow returns or refunds inconsistent with their website return/refund policy. They are a scam.
