Debra L Guy Debra L Guy-Telsing Won't give me access to a website I paid for San Jose California

This company is a sham from the word go. I was denied talking to an owner for 9 months. I was denied access to my own website after many requests. The site was not functional for months and they kept telling me "Its Fine" when I couldn't get it to load and neither could family and friends and customers. I was assigned a guy who had such a thick accent I could not understand him as hard as I tried. I asked to be assigned someone else and the guy they assigned me left the company after two months and they never told me. They charged me $600 for a domain name that cost $20 and the owner John could not explain what the $600 was for. I asked to see a receipt for the $600 they supposedly paid namecheap.com and they could never produce one. The amount of grief suffered with this scamming company is immense! DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I am now taking them to court all the way from Maryland because they are in San Jose, CA. My court case was just accepted by the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
