Alex Decker of Decker Irrigation was hired to install new Irrigation system on 12/15/2024. He lied that he has contractor's license. A full payment was made of $3200.00 with check. He installed but never completed the job and promised to come the next day to check if everything is working. He never showed up. Next day it was turned on, it was leaking all over. Called him 12/16/2024, he responded said "I am busy but will come tomorrow." Never showed up. Since then he avoids all calls, is not answering any phone calls or text messages. A new contractor had to be hired to redo the irrigation.
