Decor Price Would not honor return policy displayed on product page or return policy page. Hilsborough NJ

I purchased 4 exterior light fixtures from the decorprice.com website. The product page clearly stated that returns were accepted within 30 days with no restocking fee and the buyer would only be responsible for shipping costs.

I tried to return the product within 24 hours of receiving it and was told that I could only return 3 of them without paying a restocking fee and that if I wanted to return all 4 I would have to pay a restocking fee for all 4 items and work with the manufacturer to do the return. 

No where on their website, return policy page, or the product page does it say anything about limiting the number of items you can return without a restocking fee. No where does it say that past a certain number of items returned will the process become more difficult because the buyer will have to work with the manufacturer to complete the return.

I want to return all 4 items with NO restocking fee, like was advertised on the website.
