"Dianisha Woodman" of DeeRose Realty Group LLC - Company Number/EIN: E0036922018-6 is a Fraud. We made two real estate loans to her company in April 2019 (first lien position only) and she did not follow through with her duties as an entity to rehab the properties that she promissed to do. She did little to nothing on the properties and took our money. She is a scammer and should not to be trusted with real estate transactions or anything else dealing with real estate.
Please be aware of people like her and always protect yourself with only lending in the first lien position so you are able to foreclose and take the property back. She has also been able to get other people to lend in the second lien position and have taken money from other people too. Be careful out there and only lend to LLC/DBA entities that give you a "personal guarantee".
