Leased a one bedroom $2,200 per month. Frivolous cleaning charges. Make sure to take photos of your apartment before and after moving out. 360 degrees will find ANY reason to charge you. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & The Colorado Attorney General Office.

The photos below was forwarded to me as justification for $100 cleaning fee. Mind you properties are suppose to clean the apartment when a resident move out. There should be no charge for normal wear and tear. Not to mention most of the heavy cleaning was done (stove, refrigerator, microwave, carpet, even scrub the porch).
