Delray dermatology with all theit friendly and nice women doctors and nurces seemed very trustworthy for me, but I was wrong....

Unfortunately turned on these people are so irresponsible for their mistakes and so money hungry it's unbelivable.

On August 13th 2020 Delray Dermatology and cosmetic center provided a terrible quality CO2 laser on my face and I've been left with the scars all over my face after it.

A Physician Assistant named  Lorraine  Kryvicky performed CO2 laser without even proper exam of my skin (now I know)

I've always communicated with her in a nice and polite way either in person or by text messages, I provided her with my concerns and photos of scars. She assured me that it will go away in days. After 2 months the scars still were present on my face,so I figured PA just wanted me to wait more and more, she never offered any treatments to improve my skin, she just wanted me to keep waiting and waiting....To seek a second opinion on my case I had video consultations with 3 different MDs Dermatologists- the Best laser specialists in USA:

Dr. W.Groff,  Dr. Goldman and Dr.Seiller, and these 3 doctors were shocked from my results, stated that it was obviously the Physician Assistant's mistake to set wrong laser parameters and energy level for my skin type and I should do laser revision surgery and PRP treatmnt as soon as possible to fix these scars because otherwise it will stay permanently.

At our last appointment with PA Kryvicky,I notified her that I want to do revision surgery in California, she asked to let her know if I'll do it.

I flew to California and did revision lasers with DR. Groff, he fixed my scars almost 90%. I saw results a few days after. I sent photos to PA Kryvicky and to my surprise she started ignoring me.

After a week of no response from her,I asked for refund for CO2 and refund for other procedure I prepaid before they left scars on me I wasn't able to do this second procedure, and I was ignored again.

We called many times to this clinic and when front desk girls heard my name they immediately changed their attitude, put us on long  hold or told that doctors unavailable. Me and my family was very patient and nice with Delray dermatology.I spent over 8000$ for revision and trip From Florida to California at such tough  times with risk to get covid on the plane and airport and I never ask them to reimburse this money or moral damage to me.I only asked to return cost of bad laser :2000$  and 575$ for filler prepay i've never did. But they just Completely ignored me, they forced me to file a dispute with my credit card but I still didn't get any money back.

They send to whoever at the credit card company all of my private photos with swollen faces etc.. didn't even cover my eyes as all doctors do to keep patient's faces private.

I did sign Hipaa consent so they used it I guess in retaliation...  They've never presented and provided me with the copy of their Notice of privacy practices as legally required , I did not know that I must be acknowledged with this document as a new patient and they used it against me. However on January 19th 2021 I sent revocation of this consent to Delray dermatology via e-mail, and their Clinical Nurse Manager named  Rebecca Campbell  confirmed she received that, so now they don’t have any permission from me to use my private information including pictures.

After the dispute been filled they Blocked me from all social networks including Instagram like I've never been their patient. Very Rude and unprofessional.

I believe I've been discriminated against because I speak with european accent and they are very arrogant and disrespectful to me-thinking that I can't do anything against such ignoring behavior.

Such an attitude should not be allowed in a healthcare workplace especially with very polite people like me who didn't even post a single bad but honest review anywhere on the internet or social media  for almost a year about this clinic and how they are ignoring their own patients with damaged skin caused by unprofessional staff. Now I’m posting this because we decided to take Delray dermatology to court.
