Worst law-firm experience l've ever had.If i could rate them a 0 ima give them a 0 bruh. 1. They charged me US $4,000 for represent me at the court and guaranteed "100 % success" in restoring my F-1 visa status, also promising 24-hour responses updates to me if any happens(hell nah they never) ,but eventually u gotta do anything by urself they dont even help u check the imate in jail, this is hella easy so want am i paying for,in the end i dont even need to be in rhe court so what am i paying for so i ask for them to refund,and they literally should be refund to me. BUT THEY REFUSED, even though they didn't help u with anything. 2. After payment they disappeared: messages unanswered, calls placed on hour-long holds. Every time I reached out, a new lawyer or assistant took over and knew nothing about my case, so I had to re-explain everything from scratch. 3. Their website and Google profile claim "Open 24 hrs," yet most of the time no one is available. 4. The retainer said they were hired to appear in court; later court was no longer necessary, yet my refund request was bounced around -"Come to the San Jose office to talk to a manager," only for them to pretend the meeting never existed. 5. Worst of all, they finally admitted "Sorry, we can't help you," but still wouldn't return my money. Exaggerated promises, zero follow-through, and endless stalling add up to a scam in my book. Save your time, money, and sanity -look elsewhere.
