I have been going to The Dental Center of Florence for a couple of years. First I paid a thousand Dollars for a upper denture. My Dental Plan was new so I knew they would not cover any of the Denture. The Dental Center of Florence also knew that. They got paid immediately.
The first thing they did was to Bill My Insurance. They had already been paid by their credit care company. This is double billing and illlegal. The Insurance Company did not pay them because policy was new but they did it anyway. Their Dental Assistant caused and injury to my tooth which now has to be pulled.
They refused to pay for their employees mistake. So they called the police to have me removed. I AM ALSO PHYSICALLY DISABLED. One Staff member put hands on me.STAY AWAY.
