Derek started a job for my grandmother spring of 2021. He drug the job out for months, had workers that kept messing up the paint, cabinets, counter tops, etc. she purchased custom made cabinets, or so we thought, after he left we discovered from a new contractor that the cabinets were prefabbed seconds that had damage to them. He got upset that my grandmother wanted the counter tops fixed that he messed up so he left the house not finished, and refuses to return.

She also gave him a $5000 advance to do a deck on her new RV and he never did it. The painting was awful, literally everything he did, the new contractors have had to fix. He also took the appliances and fixtures that she had bought when he left. It's so bad that the judge agreed to file a lien on him, and Derek was a no show in court so the lien is now on his credit. We have plenty of pictures and proof of how awful of a job him and his so called workers did.
