Derek Patterson took $10,000 from me personally and over $100,000 from others I referred to him because he was so convincing. He promised all of us guaranteed payouts from high-value mediation cases, claiming the money was already secured. Instead, he disappeared.

This is not an isolated incident. Based on what we have uncovered, Patterson has scammed victims out of millions of dollars across multiple schemes for years.
