Owner I was referred to this friend by my friend. Expecting to be given an honest service for payment. While doing misc. Work on my vehicle they stated the car alarm I had purchased for them ti install was not compatible with my vehicle.

They purchased a $360 car alarm and charged me labor of $300 and no alarm was ever installed. Owner stated he was waiting on a module that would be adaptable to my vehicle within a week it should be in. This was stated to me in August 2019.

I have phoned, texted and emailed the owner as to why this is taking so long. I have paid for this and nothing is being completed. He said oh I've been sick, I have too many cars I'm working on an! you'll just have to wait(being a friend referral).

It's a holiday or I don't work on Sundays and on and on with excuses. Having my car for a week and not completing the job and trusted paying him since my friend referred him I never dreamed he would blatantly rip me off.

I have 2 jobs and don' t have disposable time to make appts. And then he cancels due to whatever. $700 is what I'm asking to be refunded to me for a service that was never done. At the very least , give me the alarm I paid for and refund $300 for labor that was never done.  Las Vegas Nevada
