SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY AT ALL CAUSE!!!
On November 15th 2020 mechanic arrived to inspect a leak on my 2011 FREIGHTLINER CASCADIA with 179000 miles on it. per mechanic it was a power steering leak that was 94.00. Then scheduled ROAD service at his request , at his time for Nov. 15, 2020 at that time he replaced the POWER Steering HOSE $1736.00 , next day problem still there, Nov. 16th, 2020, problem still persisted. Also during ROADSERVICE time which again mechanic WAS CALLED OUT for a service call he was yelling and cussing so load neighbors came out of houses to check, he ripped the skid plate off bottom of the truck, leaving huge holes and the screws on the ground.
He took the plate with him. . Problem still remained, and the truck began steering lock up, and making popping sound, which I reported. I never heard from them to schedule repair, after numerous calls and several emails . My truck was unsafe to drive, and they have little or no regard for the issue, I paid over $3104 dollars in repairs for issue not fixed. They want to replace with same after market parts. This is unacceptable to wait with no response from anyone for repair. Needed my truck fixed and need to go to work. They only responded after I told them they would be hearing from my attorney. I believe the cost of the repairs should be refunded.The charged 4x the amount.
There not a really repair company they use a third party to come out and charge and scam both the mechanic and customers. This is unbelieveable I work very hard for my money and to help my family with the finacially situation we are in this country.
