Digit Media Designs "Bait and switch" San Deigo Califorina

Was sent a text message offering a great deal on a logo for my business and I told the guy I was interested in the deal. Paid the money for a logo and also to have a website done, but a few days later when the logo was done they wanted another $299.00 dollars for the legal process. Complained to them that that info was not given to me prior to paying for the logo or even during the initinal text, otherwise I would have passed on the offer.

Customer support is horrible and the manager that I spoke with was completely rude and unprofessional. He tried yeling at me and saying that it was my fault, which I myself would never talk to a client that way. He then said that he was not giving me my money back and I had to pay the extra $299.00 to complete the project.

No where on in the text, emails, or even on their website does it say the cost of the legal porcess or even that there are no refunds!! At this time i am still looking for ways to get my money back and if there are any legal actions that I can take.
