The company has ads on Google which appear when you search for logo and other graphic art designs. There are several different packages which are offered but in order to take advantage of an offer you have to do an online chat with someone, they don't work through email, and it turns out that very few designs will meet their lowest prices. After a half hour of discussion, they tell you the job will be more expensive for one reason or another even though the details of their "Special offer" don't have any of the limitations the salesman states.

Essentially, it is false advertising, drawing you in with a low price and then raise their price if you need anything other than a very basic design which you can get for less on other websites.
