We met Dillion through a mutual colleuge.

After explaining our services and showing our resume to Dillion. Dillion decided to move forward with our business arrangement. We then sent Dillion a contract which he signed and agreed to all terms of service.

The business transaction was for $6000. In exchange for our membership, promotional, consulting services. Dillion paid us a $3000. Deposit

After signing our agreement we delivered the following...

1. Podcast interview with Google rankings on iheart, Spotify, PlayerFM, Amazon Music, Apple Podcast and more.... We did an excellent interview that really helped to edify Dillion and his brand. On air Dillion says how much he is amazed and happy with out services.

2. Close to 8 hours of consulting and introductions via the telephone. We introduced Dillion to celebrities and valuable contacts which Dillion is still even After canceling our services and filing a fraud claim on us getting his money back. He is still utilizing our resources and from what we were told not even paying our connections for the services he is utilizing. 

3. On stage celebrity digital placement with A. List actor Kevin Sorbo and Business Coach Bill Walsh along with additional celebrities and influencers that hold value and have followings. We showcased Dillions film trailer and gave him 2 minutes speaking time to close to 100 live viewers as well as thousands of recorded eyeballs

4. We worked on setting up a comedy production for Dillion and brought in TV Personality and actor Johnny Venokur as seen on Jimmy Kimmel Live, VH1, HBO, Paramount Plus and more. We got this celebrity to agree to host this project and setup many other relationships to come in and produce, host, sponsor and more....

5. Dillion had a profile on our platform and acquired over 50 subscribers from our network, promotion all over our social media.

6. IMDB Credits and management services for Dillions IMDB. We were working on getting Dillion in the SAG union.

This is just to name a few things we did for Dillion for the initial deposit of $3000.

After all this work and preparation we then get a suspicious text from Dillion and his manager. The conversation was professional and friendly. Next thing we know we get an email stating they wish to cancel all services and we need to stop everything without notice. 

Then the next day we have a dispute filed for $3500.00 dollars on us. No notice whatsoever and no more communication. Even after we tried several times to communicate and figure out what this customers issue was and the reason for the cancelation.

His manager the proceeded to defame our companies character by callings us a Cult on social media. We have screenshot proof of this. Which you will see attached.

We then later find out that Dillion is working with a connection of our we turned him onto via his membership which he didn't pay for. He is not paying this individual and having him do an entire comedy production. The reason for bringing this up is that he is still utilizing our resources without paying for them that is technically stealing.

Ontop of all this....the dispute Dillion Filed was unauthorized so he lied to his bank and filed a fraudenlt claim on us when he knows he authorized everything and we have signatory proof.

We are not trying to hurt anyone with this report. Rather warn future companies on how Mr. Dilligaf does business. As well as the people he is associated with that represents him.
