This company uses different names for different offers. They offer an item for "free" and say you only have to pay shipping. The total shows the item as free and a nominal shipping charge. (In this case, a key chain was listed at 1.95) No problem. No other charges were put forth. simply the $0.00 for the key chain and $1.95 for shipping costs.
I checked VERY carefully, and this was all that was listed on the bill. However, as soon as you agree to pay this charge, a NEW total shows up (in this case, $46.95) because they have forced the consumer to "join" their club and pay a newly added charge of $45.00.
The site says offers are fully refundable up to a month, but when I called seconds after discovering this horrendous sucker-punch, they argued and said "the charge was on their website". It was NEVER disclosed on my iphone offer ANYWHERE until they already put it on the bill. When I said I wanted my order immediately cancelled, they refused and said the "most they could do, was offer me a 75% reduction".
Legally, a customer has the right to cancel any order within 3 days, and yet these hostile argumentative people refused to be courteous, receptive and honor the request. I highly recoomend everyone avoids anything this group offers (if you can identify it in time) This item was originally from an offer called "sparkly" something or other.
HORRID HORRID personnel and experience with this batch. They defraud the consumer by promising an item for shipping charges and then, without disclosing it, add a huge unwanted "membership fee" onto the order. VERY VERY DECEPTIVE. Avoid at all costs.

Direct Save Store scammed me

Please be careful who you order from on facebook. I was dumb enough to order a FREE chopper from Directsavestore.com. Pay shipping only turned into an automatic $45 membership fee once a pit in my credit card info and pressed enter. As soon as I saw the charge I sent an email to cancel and make sure they did not charge my card because I didn't authorize the charges. They shipped the item out the next day. They never responded to my email .
When I called them and ask them why they shipped the item when I canceled the order the representative read me my email and told me I sent it 2 days after I actually sent it and told me there's a 24-hour cancellation. I told him I would forward him the email that shows the correct date the email was sent and he proceeded to ask me why I didn't call them.
He also asked me many times if I contacted my credit card company. Then when he was out of Lies he asked if I wanted a supervisor. Then put me on hold for an indefinite amount of time. Why are there so many scams like this on Facebook. It's just like parents tell their children,it's to good to be true! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
