Sears credit card company is sending you a report stating that i did not pay my
bill. this is true but i have a reason.

I sent sears cc the information they requested on a fraudulent charge. Sears told
me it wasnt enough. so i sent sears the info they needed.
sears told me that i did not meet the their deadline of 120 days and i had to work
it out with the company.
1st of all the charge was made on 9/25/18 on 10/01 the charge was disputed
i sent sears cc the info they requested
on 12/29 i faxed sears cc the tracking info showing the company got their stuff
back.
i called sears cc to make sure they received the fax and she told me they got my
fax and would be sending me a letter , they sent me a letter dated 1/09/19 stating
My lawyer, Jim Haynes, Hillsdale Michigan, looked over the paperwork and he told me
as long as the company got their stuff back dont worry
i told Jim that sears cc sent me an email and they want me to pay them, Jim told me
tell sears cc they could be held liable for collusion of fraud because the stuff
that divine bazaar sent me was misrepresented and iam having them, divine bazaar ,
investigated
btw i did not get a credit score of 817 by not paying my bills
