DLB Construction LLC, Kiwanda Sheats Nathan Sheats I signed a contract with DLB construction LLC on 05/11/2021 and paid a down payment, to put up a Vinyl Fence, something that would take a weekend, nothing has been started, 5 months has gone by. They don't return phone calls or answer text messages. At this point I just want my money back. Virginia Beach Virginia

On May 11, 2011 I signed a contract with DLB Construction LLC., and a down payment of $6517.02, I thought this is a pretty nice guy, he'd talked a good game. And the Excuses came one, after another; No material, waiting on permits, I have the material but no laborers, I need to train the my guys, or blamming it on rain that one he used a lot. Then the conversations stopped.
I have an Autistic Grandchild 7 years old. He likes to play outside, but he can't cause I don't have a fence. He runs out of the house and he's over to the neighbors house playing in the pool. This is dangerous! I already contacted "BBB", I contacted The Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Here its been 5 long months dealing with this guy, I want every cent he owes me. This job could have taken a weekend and I was willing to help him.
Do Not Use This Contractor!!!
