Donna Donald-son Pretended to Have Condo To Rent- Wanted $$$ Without Lease Minneapolis Minnesota

Saw a listing on LiveLovely for a reasonable priced condo. Emailed about it. """Donna""" (I doubt that's their name), emailed back with a very simple application process despite my initial email offering proof of employment and references. The application asked for little to no verified information, and a photo of me.

In much the same way as Report: #1490686, they explained that "Donna" had wanted to sell the Condo through a relator but then changed her mind (which checked out as I reverse image searched the listing images and only found it on ReMax's website listed as unavailable).

When they sent the attatched image of a woman and man, I reverse searched it back to the aforementioned report, which solidified this was a scam. But finally, they gave me "Donna's Secretary's" information to send the money to. I highly suspect that Paul Brown is the man behind the scam instead of a secretary.

They stated that I needed to transfer the money fast to reserve the unit and that they'd mail the lease and property's keys after reciept. RED FLAGS: Poor grammar throughout, emailed at weird times (like 1am), high pressure sales in the form of "other people are interested hurry now", really reasonable price for the quality of the condo, and usage of Moneygram instead of an internal transfer or check.
