I am writing this short synopsis so that everyone can be aware of the Fraud scams that Dora Azadi & her husband, Arman Azadi are doing in the ABC islands. They currently live in Coral Estates Curacao. They both claim to be builders with a degree in Architecture. This is a lie. They do not hold any degrees at all! They are not Achitechs or Builders!

Dora is claiming to be an interior designer. This is not true either. Dora Azadi & Arman Azadi migrated to Curacao about 9 years ago from Miami. They both have multiple forclosures, I suggest you do a simple, free, Miami Dade Public Records search. Dora received a full discharge by claiming she was unemployed and that she had no assets. In reality, Dora Azadi fled to Curacao with the assets and has been living there ever since.

Dora & Arman Azadi will claim that they have built more then 10 properties in Curacao and in other islands, this is a lie. They have built 2 houses only (In Curacao). Both houses were built by inexperienced exploited illegal immigrant labor from Venezuela (both of these houses have multiple issues).

I am writting this article in hopes to warn other investors not to buy, sell, or lease and property with Dora Azadi or Arman Azadi. They have opened a Real Estate Company called OceanRealtyCuracao.com

These people have no compassion. They will lie to your face and say anything possible for you to trust them with your money. Once they have your money the story will change. I suggest you save your self a headache and do not do any dealing with these two people.
