product was damaged, called and sent photos... showing such... they assured me they would refund or refund... they have failed to act. now after a honest facebook review of such product they have called and threatened me and told me they were not going to refund me or send product. all was done in writing and then today they started calling and harassing me since i posted a honest review... i asked them to place it all in writing.... they are a fraud and shouldn't be in business nor a paypal operator! 

The product send was warm, expired, inedible.... and the run around began. With having me send multiple photos, then the owner claiming they didnt get the photos, then upon confirming they did get photos they sent me another invoice for re shipping same bad product. Then after again confirming no charge would occur... the product a month later has still failed to arrive... after no responses from vendor we wrote a review on facebook about their products.... and finally we received a response. Their refusing to refund our money or send replacement product. DO NOT by Wagyu, Caviar or Uni from them! RUN
