As an honors member of the Hilton hotel, I am highly disappointed with the level of service provided behind a complaint regarding fraudulent charges made by an employee with Doubletree by Hilton Hotels. STEALING IS A CRIME AND SHOULD BE PUNISHABLE UNDER EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE. Hilton Hotels refuse to properly investigate this matter.

We have made many attempts to resolve this matter which now exceeds 60 days and counting and yet no resolve. The guest relations department stated Hilton Hotels are bonded and non of their employees steal. As my financial statement reflects charges that were not authorized by myself is still left unresolved by Hilton Hotels. I spoke with Shannon Coon several months ago and stated she will investigate and has yet to respond in this matter.

Bill Deloach and Doug Garret are the general and regional managers and both have yet to respond regarding this matter. The front desk staff at 895 W Trade St in Charlotte, NC were racially biased and patronized me on every occasion I conversed with Double by Hilton Hotels staff. Doubletree by Hilton Hotels has demonstrated unprofessional behaviors and unorthodox methods in keeping things quiet to cover their tracks.

Sadly, as a direct result of grievance in this matter, Doubletree by Hilton Hotels has suspended my Hilton Honors Membership preventing me from a stay in their hotels. The guest relations customer service department stated if I want my membership back I will first need to close the case I initiated. I believe this is wrong and should not be allowed. However, I have failed to escalate this matter appropriately as every breath-taking attempt to call, write, and email and no one has responded regarding this matter. I am overwhelmed with how this turned out and highly shocked.

I am an HONORS member and never once in any Hilton Hotel I've been to was we ever treated like this in the past. The history I have with Hilton Hotels is undeniably the best experience. I never complained in 20 years. This one complaint now has turned for the worst rather than better. I am a fair person and I am confident this matter never left the front desk and the Boss's are unaware of this matter.

Despite the outcome, there are so many levels of wrong done here. Doubletree by Hilton Hotels employee stole our money if she didn't steal it then what happened to our money and whose pocket did it go into????? The sensor is in Doubletree ''Every censor thinks everyone needs to be censored except himself''-

You are accusing a person of a crime and a major crime at that. The first thing most people do when there is a crime committed is to call the police. At the very least they contact their bank to report the fraudulent charge where the bank would likely reverse the charge after getting the information.

Apparently, the only thing you did was to call Hilton, accuse their employee of theft and try to throw your "status" around. Yet you seemed shocked that they no longer want to do business with you.

Since this has now gone over 60 days you are beyond the time you can dispute the charge with your bank, and I would also bet that they didn't actually "steal" any money but you got charged something you don't agree with which is why you didn't call the police.

So what SPECIFICALLY happened.
