 I see you are still scamming people. Should I report what you have been up to lately? You are a thief and a liar and it doesn’t matter who you hurt or affect. You use people for money and try to pay them back with bad checks. Are you still pretending to be an EMT? A fire fighter? You’ve always been a loser and that isn’t going to change.

This guy has more alias' and fake companies with fake staffers than I can count.  I was plesed to see Doug claiming his ficticius company will cease to operate.  That does not mean he will disappear, I will be waiting for another alias and another fake company operaitng 2 defraud other individuals and business'.  but at least Summit Protecton and Consulting inc has gone the way of so many others.

No one has ever asked for proof of the work performe or a w9.  This would have easily provided day one, certainly you would have had a dispute from Le Crueset or Doug early on the process if that were the case.  asof today,11/18/2020 I have not received any payment.  You claim you sent it, canceled it and will be resend it which contridicts your false claim in your reponse to my report.  I have been patiently waiting since july, until I found out about Doug on ripoof report where it appears he is chronically creating companies and swindling other trusting individuals.

In the mean time I will wait until after the 30 demand period is over before proceeding with further action to all relevent parties. Hopefully this will be resolved, however I do appreciate you documenting here and via email that you and all relevent parties received the 30 day demand.

Mr. McLaughlin,

  You have been advised multiple times that we were unable to accept the format of the invoice which you submitted, to wit: a click to pay website. You finally submitted a PDF version which was entered.

  We have asked for proof of the work performed, along with a W9, which to date you have failed to provide. Despite that fact, we have issued your payment, which you claim to have not received. We stopped payment and will issue new payment upon confirmation that the first check was not cashed. This was all explained to you in the last email, which you agreed to. You stated that you wanted a resolution by December 1st, which we agreed to.

  We have advised you that Mr. Carter is a only supervisor here, and that your allegations are not only defamatory and slandorous, but far from accurate. The information in your statements here are false and misleading. Should you have a concern with a billing matter, you may take it up with me directly.

  In order to move forward, we are respectfully asking that you remove this posting immediately.
