Douglas Krause RUTE Foundation Systems, Inc K-TULER LLC Has refused to return the $89,850.00 Portland OR

I am writing this report to share my deeply fustrating experience with Mr. Douglas Krause, https://www.linkedin.com/in/douglaskrause?trk=org-employees president of Rute Foundation Systems INc or K-Tuler LLC. In mid-2022 I engaged in in discussions with its Mr. Douglas Krause regarding a financial transaction. We agreed on a specific purpose of the funds , which he has repeatedly failed to fulfil. Since that time Mr. Krause has promised on multiple occasions to rectify the situation and return the money sent to his account. However, he has consistently provided excuses , citing extended periods of absence due to purported job site visits lasting several days. This pattern of behavior raises serious doubts about the integrity and professionalism of his conduct. I have attached a thread of our correspondence for your reference . Its illustrates the ongoing delays , empty promises and lack of accountantibility exhibited by Mr. Douglas Krause and his company. These communication serves as a stark reminder of the disappointment and frustration I have endured throughout this process. I implore others to excercise caution when considering any financial transactions with him or any company associated with him. Your bank already has every information it needs to return the money in its system, all that is needed from you is to authorize the return of the money. I must emphasize that there is no bank in the world that does not return wires to a sender, especially in cases where the funds are not utilized for the agreed-upon purpose. Also, no bank requires documentation to return a wire that was sent to an account.  You simply need to contact your bank and inform them of the situation. My regular work running RUTE is >10 hours a day, which explains: a) some times delayed response, b) the imminent success of the company and investments.  K-Tuler can't send money to an unknown foreign account (the Mexico one, for example) without documentation.  The bank can't return a wire. That's our target for 2x growth. The target is 10x for 2026. We have the purchase orders in hand. It is exciting times for cleantech hardware solutions.
