I am writing this report to share my deeply fustrating experience with Mr. Douglas Krause, https://www.linkedin.com/in/douglaskrause?trk=org-employees president of Rute Foundation Systems INc or K-Tuler LLC. In mid-2022 I engaged in in discussions with its Mr. Douglas Krause regarding a financial transaction. We agreed on a specific purpose of the funds , which he has repeatedly failed to fulfil. Since that time Mr. Krause has promised on multiple occasions to rectify the situation and return the money sent to his account. However, he has consistently provided excuses , citing extended periods of absence due to purported job site visits lasting several days. This pattern of behavior raises serious doubts about the integrity and professionalism of his conduct. I have attached a thread of our correspondence for your reference . Its illustrates the ongoing delays , empty promises and lack of accountantibility exhibited by Mr. Douglas Krause and his company. These communication serves as a stark reminder of the disappointment and frustration I have endured throughout this process. I implore others to excercise caution when considering any financial transactions with him or any company associated with him. My experience serves as a cautionary tale about the potetial risks involved .   On Wed, 25 Oct 2023 at 18:13, Doug Krause <kraused@rutefoundations.com> wrote: I inquired yesterday afternoon.  Bank says I'd have to make a wire and come in and do that and follow their wire rules.   I'm out at the job site today, and next 5 days, 10 hours a day. It is the last decent weather in Oregon. Then I'll have office time.  Doug   Douglas Krause, PE m: 503-757-1906 President RUTE Foundation Systems, Inc On Wed, Oct 25, 2023 at 6:15 AM Doug, You do not need any contractual reason for returning the money sent to your account since you are returning to its source. Your bank already has every information it needs to return the money in its system, all that is needed from you is to authorize the return of the money. I look forward to confirmation and a receipt confirming that you have returned the $89,850 less any charges from your bank.     Thank you,   On Tue, 24 Oct 2023 at 23:51, Doug Krause <kraused@rutefoundations.com> wrote:   Understood. I will go down to the bank tomorrow a.m. and find out if the wire can be returned.    If the response is that I need to make a return wire to the original bank, then I'll need information about who K-Tuler is wiring, as well as some contractural reason as to why K-Tuler is wiring the money.  That could be as simple as both parties agree that the original wire was made in an error in understanding. And I have some paperwork explaining what the company is doing.    Thank you, Doug K   On Tue, Oct 24, 2023 at 11:24 AM : Dear Mr. Doug Krause, Thank you for your detailed update on the progress of the cleantech enterprises. I would like to address the allocation of funds.  However, it's important to clarify that the initial payment sent to your account was not intended as an investment. I must emphasize that there is no bank in the world that does not return wires to a sender, especially in cases where the funds are not utilized for the agreed-upon purpose. Also, no bank requires documentation to return a wire that was sent to an account.  You simply need to contact your bank and inform them of the situation. They will facilitate the process.   On Tue, 24 Oct 2023 at 18:35, Doug Krause <kraused@rutefoundations.com> wrote: I'm really busy working the cleantech enterprises which are two of the entities we discussed as the use of investing funds from K-Tuler. How about this plan: Keep the $89k as the first tranche of the investment per our contract. You'll see excellent returns on that and the full $3m, We've worked about a year on this. It's taken a lot of time. My regular work running RUTE is >10 hours a day, which explains: a) some times delayed response, b) the imminent success of the company and investments.  K-Tuler can't send money to an unknown foreign account (the Mexico one, for example) without documentation.  The bank can't return a wire. I'd have to make a new wire, and have a reason for that.  Thank you, Doug Krause p.s. if this solution does not meet your needs, I can return your initial investment as a 2x return on investment in May 2025. That's our target for 2x growth. The target is 10x for 2026. We have the purchase orders in hand. It is exciting times for cleantech hardware solutions. K-Tuler will invest in other cleantech hardware solutions, as well. Not yet.  Douglas Krause, PE m: 503-757-1906 President RUTE Foundation Systems, Inc       On Wed, 18 Oct 2023 at 22:06, Doug Krause <kraused@rutefoundations.com> wrote:  I'm at a remote construction yard in rural Oregon. Back next Monday.   On Wed, Oct 18, 2023, 8:27 AM Doug, No worries at all. I will get that recall in motion. From experience, it's easier for you to ask your Bank to return the payment, by rejecting it, because if the sender initiates a recall the reason he has to state to ensure it is promptly returned will be FRAUD.   On Wed, 18 Oct 2023 at 08:25, Doug Krause <kraused@rutefoundations.com> wrote: Ok do that recall, then we don't have to fuss with or break the contract. Sorry it didn't work out.  You would have seen great returns. Doug

Greetings, I am the person mentioned here as the scammer. RUTE is a 7 year, legitimate, clean, cleantech hardware company. The person that started this Ripoff complaint tried to steal the identity of one of our investors and then scam K-Tuler out of a $28,500 fee, in advance of the investment. Obviously, we didn't fall for that. We have contracts in place for the noted amount, and that is on track to produce returns and make an awesome difference for our planet. We're a hard working, honest outfit.

You have all my contact info here, thanks to whomever kpatel135230 is.  That is not who invested in us. We inovated precast modular foundations for the utility scale wind industry, and cattle pasture voltaics (solar + cattle rangleland). The energy transition is a massive, and rewarding undertaking. Give us a shout.

Best Regards,

Doug Krause

p.s. I got an email notice from email an unknown account to pay money to get this Ripoff complaint taken down, which is how I found out about this. It would be nice if Ripoff would automatically notify people, since they posted my email, address, etc. In any case,  we wouldn't pay to take this down.
