Dr. Trager merely glimpsed at my child and came up with a treatment plan without explaining our options. He immediately dismissed my concerns for my child's condition. He became angry and defensive when I asked questions and scared my child during the appointment. I left the appointment feeling more confused than when I came in.

I made an appointment with another pediatric dermatologist who took a thorough examination and explained the diagnosis, provided options, and allowed my child and I to have a say in the treatment process.

There was never any need to make a person seem small especially in front of a child.
