I called and asked about pricing for the TRT they offer. When I called I mentioned I had no insurance and asked about pricing. They told me it was $95 for the first visit $40 for the second and $20 for an injection on the phone if prescribed. They also mentioned I would be sent for blood work. On the phone I asked the cost for the blood work and script. They told me there was no cost for the bloodwork and the script would be found out at the pharmacy. I called a second time to confirm this information before going in and they confirmed what they said the day before. Upon going to the office I ask before and after my visit if there is any other cost. They told me no. When I go to get the blood work done the cost was $1,385 which the hospital discounted to $400. Upon going back to the “Doctor” and tell him my concerns he decided to mock me in his office for my lack of “understanding” the blood work wasn’t going to cost me anything. I decided to trust this “Quack” and his “team” with the info they gave me. Which was a lie. I asked for a refund which they refused, no problem. When I mentioned I would tell my story online he proceeded to call me an expletive name in his office.

I have no idea why you would think blood work is free. It's generally quite expensive, $400 sounds about right. They probably just meant their office doesn't charge you anything for ordering blood work. That doesn't mean the actual lab won't bill you for it.
