Dr Len Schwartz Marketing for Financial Advisors Southampton PA

First of all, I want to say that Dr Len is a nice guy who wants things to work out for the advisors who use his systems. However, as the saying goes, "the road to HELL is paved with good intentions" and his work is no exception to that. I am compelled to finally write something here only because I've come across advisors lately who used his service recently, and wished they had read a review like this before paying thousands.

I hired him during the early part of the pandemic, which was clearly a mistake in hindsight. His associate assured me that even being relatively new (< 5 years) to an area without a pipeline of prospects would be OK and they would get quality leads. Keep in mind this was in SoCal where just about every place was shutdown due to the pandemic overreaction. Despite me telling them that it would be hard to conduct business under these conditions, they assure me that people would be reception and open to talking further.

They offered a guarantee that if you didn't make your money back in 6 months, they'd work til you did, up to a max of another 6 months. During that 1 year time, I attended all group calls, spoke to Dr Len directly and.....GENERATED 0 BUSINESS. Not even a single client nor even a single "follow up in the upcoming months." Furthermore, after talking with 2-3 people it was clear that it was marketed to them as a way to help their business. Keep in mind that during the Pandemic, many small businesses were struggling. So these "prospects" were receptive to a call/email saying that "we have someone who can possibly help out your business." Of course that was clearly misleading because I could do no such thing. 

Things got so bad that there were some "prospects" who literally hung up mid call because they felt they were duped into a call with someone who "was trying to sell them something" even though that was not the case. I had one guy even tell me how he was month to month with his business and if he didn't get a financial lifeline soon, he'd be out on the street. How am I as a financial advisor supposed to help that guy, and most importantly, generate business?

I have since spoken with other advisors in LinkedIn chat groups and other social media. Many have claimed to have had the same experience and wish they read a review here first. I feel the obligation to let others know, even though it's been 4 years since I worked with Dr Len and his group. You can give it a try and I sincerely hope it works. However given the system used, I doubt it will work for MOST advisors, especially if they don't have a solid network in existence.

Since I discontinued the service years ago, I still get messages from Dr Len and his staff. I politely decline their services because I threw away $6k that I'll never get back. I really hope Dr Len and his staff take a deep look at their results and realize that they're doing a disservice. The few 'success stories' where he shows their text messages are not representative of many people with whom I have spoken with. It sounds like the few successes are people in a long term network who just needed some creative marketing to get them over the top. I think it's safe to say that most of his financial advisors do not fit that description and are looking to grow their business with new introductions that legitimately want their help and not vice versa.
