Both my wife and I have been patients of Dr Patty's for many years. I trusted her and got burned bad. I paid in full for a Veneers treatment on 11/29/2022. A few days later on 12/6/2022, I changed my mind about getting the treatment. I contacted the office by phone and wrote a nice letter stating that I no longer wanted to proceed and that I'd like a refund.
They have basically GHOSTED me ever since. I have visite din person, made phone calls, and sent several follow up emails. They claim the "deposit" which happened to be the full amount of $11k+ was "non-refundable". I find it highly unethical and abhorrent that they will not work with me on this, and have told my credit card company that they will not refund any amount of my "deposit".
BE VERY CAREFUL. They are dishonest. I breaks my heart because I liked Dr Patty and considered her an upstanding Dentist. I'm shocked that they would pressure somebody to have medical procedure they no longer wanted, regardless of what thier supposed refund policy is.
