This is by far the worst dentist I have every encountered. Dr. Suzie is very unprofessional and had an unpleasant office visit from the start. Dentist was rude and I felt she was dishonest with me. Try to upsell me on everything. They did not answer my questions. During the procedure all they did was gossip about other clients, all the dentist friends, and the dentist husband friends, while I was getting my teeth cleaned. Dentist equipment and office looks old. They insisted on getting all my information from my last dentist office so they could use for their exam records.

Dr. Su stuck their phone in my mouth to take a picture. This Dentist office needs to be shut down her analogies about teeth that she thinks are a joke. She makes you feel uncomfortable about your dental hygiene, degrading you about not flossing, your gum lines, and Dr. Su acts like she is doing you a favor. I have never ever been so disappointed and treated with the upmost disrespect.

If you happen to miss your appointment for any reason, they don't care at all you will be charged an unreasonable fee of $100. I missed one appointment because my mother was diagnosed with brain cancer and they charged me $100. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the ADA and the BBB for all their unethical practices.

Filing a complaint and I googled Dr. Suzie T. Nguyen Su after my visits.  I wish, I googled this dentist before my visit. I can’t believe doctors can act like this?
