I bought two 4.72 inch etched globes with bases for $39.59. When they arrived they were barely two inches and you could not read the etching. One of the bases was broken in half.

I contacted the company for a refund. They said that it would probably too expensive for me to ship the items back to China (even though they were delivered to me from a United States address). 

I returned the items at a cost of $27.75 and sent the company the pictures of the tracking, the package, and the return receipt. They have not returned my money or my return shipping costs even though the items were not as advertised (they have since changed their web page), and dmaged. They have sent many poorly writtem Emails about their return policy, which I followed. I have not received a refund. Now, they say that I need to send them a picture of the item delivered in China. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them.
