I was hired and expected to work without being paid. Despite clear efforts, tasks completed, and full compliance, I was never compensated and was pressured to continue working more under unfair conditions
The company lacks transparency and a proper operational structure. From my experience, they have no real team of cleaners and are hiring out of desperation.
