I placed an order from drilllaser.com on February 6th for two (2) of their lasers; a 9mm and a .45mm.  One of these was a birthday gift for my son who is now in Afghanistan.  The advertisement stated the order would ship within two business days of being placed.  I waited until February 12th and the order had not been shipped yet so I sent them an email inquiring about the order.  They advised me that they were sorry for the situation and that they had an issue with the process but I should be expecting it in the next few days.  On February 16th I received another email from them stating that, due to the COVID situation, my shipment was delayed and that delay would be 3 business days.  I rechecked the order on February 19th and it still hadn't shipped.  So I emailed them again and their response was that they were working to solve the problems and it would be fixed as soon as possible.  

On February 21st I received an email offering me a 15% refund on my order and they would send my full order.  I accepted the offer, assuming that the order would ship soon.  On February 22nd, I received the 15% discount and was told I would have a tracking number soon.  On March 4, 2021 I contacted drilllaser.com to request a full refund for my order.  My son, whom I placed the order for a gift, had deployed and I was forced to replace his gift with another item.  I was told via email that I received a 15% discount for the inconvenience caused by the delays and I will receive a tracking number as soon as possible.  

On March 9th a emailed them again asking for a refund.  They have never replied back.  However, I did sign up for their emails and received an ad from them stating that, for a limited time, they had items available to ship and they were offering new customers a 20% discount.  I've still heard nothing and my order has not shipped.  I've also filed two (2) complaints with the Better Business Bureau with no results.  All I'm asking for is a refund of the amount of money due to me which is the total I paid less the 15% refund they've already given me.
