Drive In Autosound Chris Hernandez Todd Kevin Clark Scott Clark They ruined the screen on my $4,300 radio in my brand new $50,000 4Runner, and they won't fix it Colorado Springs Colorado

I had a bass speaker installed in my brand new car on April 12, 2021. The speaker was not installed correctly, it would not shut off even when the car was off. I returned the car the 2nd day I owned it for them to fix it, they said they did, but when I got the car back it still wasn't fixed, and the screen on the radio was severly scratched.

There are verticle scrathes covering almost the entire screen. I was told they would replace the screen, 4 months later I am told there are no replacements because the car and radio are too new, and there is nothing they will do beyond that. I have been promised multiple times by 4 different people that something will be done. At one point, even tried to buff the screen, which is a textured screen, so now there is a smooth area around the scratches. 

The quality of their work is subpar, and then they refuse to fix the damage they cause. They even tried to say they did not touch the radio. They are the only ones who ever worked on the car, installed a speaker that is attached to the radio, and it was on the 2nd day I owned the car!
