Let me first start off by saying that I have truly givin the benifit of doubt to DR. SERPE  and the NeuroPlus Institute 1952 Mc dowell Rd, Suite 101 Naperville Illinois. However Dr.Joseph M. Serpe must be stoped, because he is perpetrating a huge fraud on the families of children with disabilities. that isDr.Joseph M. Serpe  sweet spot, to swindle families in need of care for the special needs child. I am almost embarassed to admit that me and my child have fallen victim to this swindler.however Dr.Joseph M. Serpe has indeed swindeled the last family.

I have the emails and correspondence between Dr.Joseph M. Serpe and my family to prove my case, my families emails will clearly show our concerns before the quack treatment ever began.and the emails will also show the true side and motive of Dr.Joseph M. Serpe of the Neuroplus institute of naperville illinois.    FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN WITH DISBILITIES BEWARE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) DO NOT VISIT Dr.Joseph M. Serpe of the Neuroplus  institute of naperville illinois unless you like to be swindled.   DR. SERPE NeuroPlus Institute Naperville Illinois Dr. Serpe is nothing short of a Quack. He takes advantage of parents with kids with disabilities. I truly regret the day that I took my 7 year old son to him for what appears be nothing short of fraud, He makes unfounded claims of healing just like a true con man.

Dr Serpe charged my card 2 weeks prior to any equipment delivery, which the contract states that no billing will occur until equipment is delivered. PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES BEWARE OF DR. SERPE AND NEUROPLUS INSTITUTE HE IS A CHIROPRACTOR WHO HAS FOUND ANOTHER ANGEL TO SWINDLE FAMILIES OUT OF THERE HARD ERNED MONEY. IN FACT HE BRAGED TO ME HOW MANY MACHINES HE HAS PLACED IN FAMILIES HOMES. 25 X $1500= $37,500 A MONTH, HE MUST BE STOPED BEFORE HE CONTINUES TO SWINDLE MORE CHILDREN AND THERE FAMILIES, I HAVE FOUND OUT THE $1500 HE SWINDLED FROM MY FAMILY IS A SMALL AMOUNT COMPARED TO THE AMOUNT HE HAS TAKEN FROM OTHER FAMILIES $5500.from one family $3500 from another, it goes on and on.

Please let's stop this SWINDLER in his tracks he is TAKING ADVANTAGE OF FAMILIES in the midst of this trying time , pandemic job losses. .NeuroPlus Institute AND DR. SERPE IS A SWINDLER WHO TAKES ADVANTAGE OF FAMILIES WITH KIDS WITYH SPECIAL NEEDS, WHAT KIND OF PERSON DOES THIS ??? DR. SERPE Naperville Illinois, Florida

RIP OFF REPORT DR. SERPE NEUROPLUS INC

AUTHOR: Joseph - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, November 26, 2020

While I respect your first amendment right to free speech, I am a bit confused by your complaint. If you really were a patient of mine I would expect that you would call my office and discuss any concerns you might have. I have been in practice since 1992 and have enjoyed a wonderful reputation with the patients and families I've served over the years.

I endeavor to help treat every person I work with respectfully and professionally. I and my staff communicate very clearly the services we offer, our fees, and how we follow up with patients. If you feel we treated you in a fraudulent manner please call our office at 630-357-2299 and speak to us. We are happy to listen and work to resolve any disagreements between ourselves.

I do feel that going to this website is really an effort to simply hurt my reputation or blow off steam and not an earnest effort to resolve any legitimate concern. During this time of division in our country and with the covid-19 pandemic closing of many small businesses, accusations like this can really hurt a small business robbing sincere people from entering into care that could help them or their family members. For a real perspective on the level of care we provide, I would ask that readers visit our website and watch the dozens of videos we've posted from our patients. We can be found at www.neuroplusinstitute.com.

As for the person who posted this, I am sorry if you feel we didn't live up to your expectations. Please feel free to reach out to us.
